    1. Continue to operate the school system in the black. No deficit spending.
    2. Develop a budget that provides for the students of Talbot County but takes into consideration the tax burden on the citizens of Talbot County
  3. Improve the academic climate and performance of our students
    1. Provide an effective and safe environment
    2. Continue to improve the students’ test scores
    3. Provide student with improved extra-curricular activities
